Intelligence Services Thwarted Terror Attacks during Sochi Olympics
Russian and international intelligence services thwarted planned terror attacks during the Sochi Olympics, according to the Director of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
Antonia Grigorova-Burgova, the first Bulgarian to take part in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, ranked 56th out of 61 in the women's 15-kilometer skiathlon event.
27-year-old Grigorova crossed 7.5km in classic style and 7.5 km in freestyle in 44:27,9 min, 5:54,3 away from the winner, according to reports of Sega daily.
The race was won by Norway's Marit Bjoergen with 38:33,6 min, followed by Sweden's Charlotte Kalla (+1,8 sec) and Norway's Heidi Weng (+13,2 sec).
