China Grants Visa-Free Access to Bulgaria
China has announced that it will include several countries, including Bulgaria, Japan, Romania, Croatia, and Montenegro, in its visa-free access program
Bulgaria's top female tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova will begin the new season at the qualifying rounds in Shenzhen, China.
The qualifiers will start on December 28, but Pironkova will enter in the 5th round.
Pironkova has also requested to participate in the Sidney Tournament in the second week of 2014. There, the Bulgarian will start at the qualification round, as well.
Pironkova will end the Australian tour in Melbourne at the Grand Slam - Australian Open, where she is currently the first reserve into main draw.
To avoid qualifiers for the Grand Slam, Pironkova needs to take the spot of another, higher-ranked tennis player, if such decides to pull out of the tournament.
