Drunk Driving Penalties to Be Enforced EU-Wide Under New Agreement
A new provisional agreement reached between the European Parliament and the Polish presidency of the Council of the EU will make penalties for speeding
The European Union continues to be committed to reach further integration with Ukraine, stated EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule Sunday.
The statement comes in the wake of Thursday's decision by the Ukrainian government to halt preparations for signing an Association Agreement with the EU.
