The occupation of the Sofia University’s main building will be partially lifted, so students can return to their normal course of study.

The student occupation movement is not ending its anti-government protest, but rather changing its tactics.

“At the end, we came to the conclusion that by defending our morals, we should not hinder the academic process any further. The university will remain under our control, day and night, but we will also have more activities outside of it”, stated Yordan Tsalov, a representative of the student movement, in front of bTV.

Tsalov revealed that only auditorium 272 will remain occupied, while lectures will be able to resume in all other halls.

The student movement is planning a new rally in front of the Parliament building on Wednesday.
