US Open: Bulgarian Tennis Star Tsveti Pironkova Beats Vekic
For a 2nd year in a row, the WTA Tournament of Champions will bring together some of the top female tennis players to Bulgaria's capital Sofia.
The tournament will be held in Sofia's Arena Armeec, from October 29 – November 3.
The 8 participants in the tournament have already been decided, and the draw will take place on Monday, October 28. The final list of players is:

This is the 5th edition of the tournament, which marks the end of the annual tennis calendar, and the 2nd time it is held in Sofia. The players will be split in two groups of 4, with the semi-finals and final to be held over the weekend.
The total prize pool is USD 750 000.
