'Red Zone' Parking Proposed for Sofia’s Center
Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev has expressed support for the introduction of a “red zone” for parking in the city center,
Two persons are dead and three have been gravely wounded during a shooting that probably resulted from a quarrel amongst neighbors in Bulgarian capital Sofia.
According to initial reports, a 67-year-old entered the garden of his neighbors in the eastern Dimitar Milenkov district, and proceeded to shoot at those present.
A 26-year-old man was killed on the spot, while three others - two women aged 28 and 56 and a man aged 22 - have been hospitalized in critical condition.
One of the women is reported to have passed away in hospital.
Upon returning home, the attacker shot at himself, and was also hospitalized in critical condition.
