Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev is bestowing Monday in Sofia the highest order Stara Planina first degree to the Ambassadors of the US and Norway.

The news was reported by the press service of the Presidential Office.

The orders are given on occasion of the diplomats' official departure from Bulgaria.

US Ambassador James Warlick is to receive the order at a ceremony at 2:00 p.m. while and Norwegian Ambassador Tove Skarstein will be honored at a ceremony at 3:00 p.m.

At 3:45 p.m. the Bulgarian Head of State will bestow the Madara Rider order, first degree, to the President of the America for Bulgaria Foundation, Frank Bauer.
