Bulgaria is ranked 74th among 132 countries in a report by the World Economic Forum on the development of global trade.

This showing is however 4 places better than the last global trade report for 2010 by the Geneva-based organization.

The index for trade development is composed by four indicators - access to markets, border administration, transport and communication infrastructure and business environment.

The values of indicators are calculated on the basis of open statistical data and interviews with company managers.

The country ranked first in the report is Singapore, followed by Hong Kong, Denmark, Sweden and New Zealand.
