10 Bulgarians Face Jail in France for ATM Skimming

10 Bulgarian citizens are to face a court in the French city of Lyon over charges of implementing a massive ATM skimming network.

The prosecutor on the case has requested sentences ranging from 30 months to 6 years in prison, report media in France.

The group of 10 Bulgarians are being charged with placing skimming devices on ATMs in Lyon back in 2009.

Using the devices, they allegedly withdrew funds from accounts abroad estimated to amount to some EUR 300,000.
