Bulgaria's government has approved the sale of diplomatic property in Copenhagen.

The building has a total built-up area of 287 square meters plus a yard of 1.5 decares, according to a media statement of the government's press office.

The property has not been used for the needs of the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in the country for years and is getting increasingly dilapidated.

Apart from that, the building incurs expenses for local fees and taxes.

The government plans to sell the property for a price upwards of DKK 5.5 M, or BGN 1.5 M.
