The industrial giant ABB opens its newest plant in Bulgaria on September 17th.

The ABB production unit in Petrich focuses on acting as an outsourcing producer for electro-mechanical assemblies, including welding / winding / pressing / assembling of sub-assemblies for low voltage control products and DIN rail mounted products.
ABB opened its first licensed Turbochargers Service Station in the Balkans, located in Varna, in 2010. The service station operates a workshop which is equipped with up-to-date equipment. A trained ABB service team is serving the customers within a 7days/24 hours schedule. This service station brings ABB's expertise and performance in the Turbochargers domain to serve customers such as Ship owners, Shipping Companies, Power Plant Operators and Owners in Bulgaria.
ABB's factory in Sevlievo offers products and solutions, fulfilling a wide variety of customer needs. The company's portfolio includes a full range of services starting with engineering, equipment production, delivery and installation, warranty and after-warranty services and spare parts.
The latest plant of ABB in Bulgaria – ABB Automation EOOD is located in Rakovski, Plovdiv area. The company is currently employing more than 550 people and it is a supplier for internal ABB customers. The company is aiming at increasing its number of employees to 700 in the future.
