Bulgarian police have cracked down on a mutiny organized attempted by Moroccan immigrants at the notorious Busmantsi Detention Facility near Sofia.

The Busmantsi Detention Center, the place where arrested illegal immigrants are kept until their asylum requests are processed, saw several Moroccans setting a room on fire.

They were disgruntled about the slow procession of their papers by the Bulgarian authorities, the BNR reported.

It took the Bulgarian police about an hour to put down the mutiny at the detention center. Two of the "rebels" have been gassed, and have been taken to hospital.
