Mihaela Stoichkova, the elder daughter of legendary Bulgarian footballer Hristo Stoichkov, is to star as herself in hit Bulgarian TV series "Staklen Dom" ("Glass Home").

Stoichkova will appear in the new season of "Staklen Dom", which in addition to featuring a number of top Bulgarian actors, has also featured US Ambassador to Bulgaria James Warlick, who became the only acting US ambassador to appear in a film.

Stoichkov's daughter is set to be introduced into the TV series at a party, and will be dating one of the main characters, getting involved in a love triangle and triggering the jealousy of one of heroin's, according to the producer of the film, bTV.

Bulgarian media say that Mihaela Stoichkova is now trying to settle in Bulgaria even though she never lived in Bulgaria permanently, and has spent most of her life in Spain, with Stoichkov being the star forward of Catalonia's FC Barcelona in the early 1990s.
