A Bulgarian teenager, Dimitar Dimitrov, from Pernik, has been declared missing and is being looked for by Bulgarian police.

Dimitrov, 18, went missing Wednesday, when he was last seen by his brother Viviyan.

Dimitar visited his brother's pawn shop, taking BGN 2,000, and leaving a note saying he is sorry for what he's about to do.

It transpired that Dimitar has been a classmate of Miroslava Nikolova, whose dead body was recently discovered near Pernik.

The case has sparked much controversy in Bulgaria, as Miroslava was abducted early November 2011.

Two persons were detained by police shortly after the discovery, but one of them mysteriously killed himself right in front of police officers.
