Russian Rocket Attack Hits Kharkiv Again
Reports emerged last night of renewed Russian missile fire targeting the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, intensifying fears of escalating conflict in the region
At least 4 people, including the allegedly lone attacker himself, have been left dead after shooting and explosions shook Belgian city of Liege Tuesday.
According to the Belga agency the attacker threw a number of hand grenades at populated sites on the central Saint-Germain square, which was crowded due to a Christmas market going on.
He then proceeded to randomly produce shots. The attacker has passed away in the tumult, unclear whether taking his own life or due to detonation of his grenades.
At least 75 other persons are reported to have been injured in the tragic incident.Belgian police have shut down the area.
According to authorities, the attack is not of terrorist nature, but possible motives for it have not been specified.
Authorities have also said that the attacker is a 33-year-old person whom they knew and who they expected to report with the police Tuesday, which he failed to do.
