The Bulgarian branch of the International Women's Club held their traditional Christmas charity bazaar on Sunday.

The event took place at the International Expo Center in Sofia.

The bazaar, held for the 17th consecutive time, was open to visitors from 11 a.m to 5 p.m

The charity event included a total of 84 stalls representing 51 countries offering traditional national cuisine and drinks, souvenirs, books, toys, clothes, etc.

Sunday's bazaar was attended by a host of ambassadors and diplomats, including the US and Macedonian ambassadors to Bulgaria, former EU Commissioner Meglena Kuneva, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova, etc.

The proceeds raised from the charity bazaar will be donated to people in need, including elderly people, orphaned and abandoned children, children with disabilities and special needs, representatives of ethnic minorities, etc.
