Bulgarian Nabbed Pickpocketing Tourists in Macedonia

A Bulgarian woman has been detained in the Macedonian city of Ohrid upon engaging in pickpocketing activities against foreign tourists.

The 27-year-old Burgas resident had been previously detained in Macedonia and banned from entering the country, reports Macedonian paper Vecer.

Upon the time of her arrest she had already managed to steal EUR 220 and a few credit cards from a Belgian tourists.

Then she turned on another tourist from the Netherlands within the group visiting the St. Naum site near Ohrid, upon which she was discovered and referred to the police.
