The quarter-final women's singles match at Wimbledon 2011 between Bulgaria's Tsvetana Pironkova and Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic started with a three-and-a-half-hour delay because of rain.
The match, originally scheduled for 1 pm GMT started only at 5:38 pm, and Pironkova did not do well at the beginnig, losing the first two games in just 4 minutes.
Pironkova, who made it to Wimbledon's quarter-final after kicking Venus Williams out of the tournament for second year in a row, has never won against Kvitova.
