Sofia's Enoteca Uno restaurant celebrated Monday the "Best Bulgarian restaurant prize" it recently received, during the Dining Guide Food Show in Budapest.
Businesspeople and diplomats were present at the event, including Spanish Ambassador to Bulgaria, His Excellency Rafael Mendivil. As Monday was a part of Enoteca Uno's Spanish cuisine week, which is to end Wednesday, Mendivil expressed his delight over Bulgaria's interest for Spanish food.
Famous Spanish cook Fransisco Martines aka "Pako", who has prepared meals for the country's royal family and is the owner of the prominent La Criolla restaurant in Valladolid, cooked the meals for Monday's cocktail.
