Bulgarian football star and Manchester United striker, Dimitar Berbatov, ended Sunday his best season with the team and with the "golden boot" title.
With 20 goals, Berbatov is tied with Carlos Tevez from Manchester City. The two will share the title.
Manchester United staged Sunday a dramatic second half comeback ending with a 4-2 win over Blackpool, making them the 2010-11 Barclays Premier League Champions.
"I hope people who like me and the team are happy. I am happy because I won the golden boot title and because we became champions. The most important is that we had a happy end; 19 titles are something phenomenal," Berbatov told the TV channel Nova Sport immediately after the end of the game.
The Bulgarian player further said Manchester United was expecting another victory next Saturday - in the Championship League finals against Barcelona, even though many consider the latter the favorite.
"We have a week; we are training hard and have been for a long time. We will be ready," Berbatov stated.
Regarding plans for the future, the striker pointed out he still had one more year of his contract with Manchester United.
"I am not going anywhere. After the 19th title, there will be the 20th. I hope for good health, and I have an action plan for the more distant future," he said.
