US Embassy Sofia Launches Facebook Page

The United States Embassy in Sofia has officially launched its Facebook page, entitled US Embassy Sofia.
The aim of the page is to share information and views in a way that encourages an open and frank dialogue in which all participants feel free to share their thoughts, ask questions, and engage in debate, the embassy said in a statement.
The page will be used to provide information on upcoming cultural events and educational programs, as well as to share news and cultural traditions from the US.
Ambassador Warlick will keep visitors up-to-date on his activities with regular contributions to the page – through his postings and tweets (the Ambassador can be followed on Twitter @ AmbJamesWarlick).
The page will also feature posts from both Bulgarian and American Embassy staff members, in efforts to provide a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on at a US embassy.
Visitors are free to post in Bulgarian or English.
For all visa-related questions people have been asked to visit the US Embassy Sofia's Facebook sister page – US Embassy Sofia – Consular Section.
We need your support so Novinite.com can keep delivering news and information about Bulgaria! Thank you!
