Garra Dembele, Bulgarian football team Levski's prolific French-Malian striker, will almost certainly be sold during the summer transfer window, the club's Chairman, Todor Batkov, announced.
"The interest shown towards Dembele is twice as big than in the winter. More teams want him now, all of which very strong," Batkov stated, as cited by the Dnevnik daily.
In the winter, Batkov pledged to sell his best player for at least EUR 3 M. A number of teams, including German Werder Bremen and English Premiership clubs Blackburn Rovers, West Ham, and Everton were reportedly interested in buying the 24-old striker.
Garra Dembele has been in top form this season, scoring the remarkable 30 goals in 27 games in all competitions, including the prestigious Europa League.
