A 46-year-old man, identified by the initials G.I., has been charged by the Sliven District Prosecutor’s Office with the murder of his mother
A 28-year-old man is in jail for 24 hours after an attack on a night club in Bulgaria's Black Sea capital Varna.
The information was reported Monday by the Varna police.
The man is from the southern city of Sliven and is the manager of a company there.
Around 1 am Saturday, he drew out a handgun, pointed it at the bartender and the waitresses and held them at gunpoint until the arrival of the police. The perpetrator is reported of having a long criminal record for theft and robberies while the gun was illegally owned.
The case has been filed with the prosecutor's office.
