Bulgaria's far-right, nationalist "Ataka" party will alarm the European Commission about the behavior of Serbian authorities, the party Member of the Parliament, Desislav Chukolov vows.

The complaint will be submitted by the "Ataka" Member of the Parliament, Dimitar Stoyanov personally to the EC President, Jose Manuel Barroso.

On Saturday, Serbia's border authorities refused to let into the country members and supporters of Ataka party, traveling by buses to Bosilegrad to mark the ninety-first anniversary since the signing of the Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine.

The leader of the party, Volen Siderov, demanded official apologies from Serbia and threatened party followers will block the cross-border point "Kalotina" between the two countries.

The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry sent an official letter to Belgrade, asking for clarifications on the issue.

Chukolov says the party's leadership is meeting Monday to decide on further actions.

Bulgarian PM Boyko Borisov refused to comment Saturday's developments in which members of the Ataka nationalist party with leader Volen Siderov protested in front of the embassy of Serbia in Sofia.
