Sofia Girl's Narrow Escape: Kidnappers Apprehended
Police in Sofia have apprehended two individuals, aged 22 and 25,
Police arrested five kidnappers and freed their hostage just hours after they violently abducted her in the central Bulgarian town of Pirdop.
36-year old Nelly Yordanova was kidnapped last night at her home in Pirdop by five persons.
Her male partner was assaulted and suffered injuries from the attackers.
Police reacted swiftly and within hours arrested four of the kidnappers, who made full confessions.
They also discovered their victim who was fine and not injured.
Later Saturday police arrested the final fifth kidnapper, who was the leader of the group.
