US tennis star Serena Williams defeated without much effort Vera Zvonareva of Russia in the Ladies Singles final of the Wimbledon tournament.
Williams beat Zvonareva 2:0 sets (6-3; 6-2) leaving the Russian player little chance to try to achieve something more.
Zvonareva made it to the Wimbledon final after beating 2:1 sets Bulgaria's young star Tsvetana Pironkova. Before that, in the quarter final, Pironkova surprisingly beat Serena's sister, Venus Williams 2:0.
In just 67 minutes, Serena Williams has won her fourth title at the All England Club, and her 13th Grand Slam title.
