Four out of 12 candidates will continue in the competition for constructions supervision of Lot 3 of Bulgaria's “Trakiya” Highway.
“Put Invest Engineering JSC”, “Ruteks”, “Trakiya” and “T7 Snik” are the four applicants that have gained equal points from the first round of the competition, which focused on the technical offers.
The tender will be won by the company demanding the lowest price for its services. The result is expected to be announced in two weeks.
The lowest bid of BGN 897 700 was submitted by the union from the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv, “T7 Snik”, while the Sofia “Put Invest Engineering JSC” proposed the highest bid of BGN 1.050 M.
The other eight companies that did not pass the first round of the tender had submitted documents which did not meet the requirements or contradicted Bulgaria's Public Procurement Act.
The supervision of the construction of Lot 3 of Bulgaria's “Trakiya” Highway is supposed to last for 27 months. Last week, the Greek company “Aktor” was declared the winner in the tender for the construction of Lot 3, placing the lowest price offer of BGN 111.6 M.
