Traicho Traikov, Bulgaria’s Minister of Economy, Energy, and Transport, is going to make a working visit to the USA.
Traikov will be in Washington, D.C., and Pittsburgh on April 5-7, the Economy Ministry has announced.
He will be meeting with representatives of the World Bank and the US government, including the State Department, the Department of Energy, the Department of Commerce, the Office of US Trade Representative.
In addition, Traikov is scheduled to discuss investment opportunities in Bulgaria with executives from US energy and defense industry companies such as Holtec, Westinghouse, Lockheed Martin, Chevron, ATK.
On April 5, the Bulgarian Economy Minister will be presenting Bulgaria’s investment potential at a round table entitled “Growth, Energy, and Regional Cooperation”, organized by the US Atlantic Council.
Another business forum with Traikov’s participation organized by the Business Council for International Cooperation is scheduled for April 6, and is to be attended by representatives of 40 US companies.
