The global social network Facebook has become the second most popular site for Internet users in Bulgaria after the search engine Google.
In addition to Google and Facebook, the top five websites in Bulgaria include video exchange website Vbox7 (a Bulgarian version of YouTube), the email provide Abv.bg, and the torrent tracker Zamunda.net, according to data of the Alexa analysis agency as cited by the Pari Daily.
The number of Bulgarians with Facebook profiles grew ten times in 2009 reaching over one million, which is about a third of all Bulgarian Internet users.
