Bulgarian National Bank Projects Stronger Domestic Growth Through 2027
The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) has updated its GDP growth forecast for Bulgaria for the 2025–2027 period, showing a more optimistic outlook than its June 2025 projections.

The Bulgarian Central Bank (BNB) will issue on September 14 a new commemorative coin, the Bank's Chief Cashier, Stefan Tsvetkov, informed.
The coin will boast bright colors and is dedicated to the traditional Bulgarian craft of making pottery. It is in the amount of BGN 5 and can be purchased for BGN 38 from BNB, other banks where available, and the National Art Gallery.
The head of the coin displays the BNB symbol while the tail includes a pottery composition and coloring typical for the traditional Bulgarian pottery making. Elena Todorova and Todor Todorov are authors of the design.
The coin will have a circulation of 6,000.
