Bulgarian Singer LiLana to Record Song with R&B Star Akon
Young Bulgarian singer LiLana is going to record a single with Senegalese-American R&B star Akon.
Bulgarian performer LiLana traveled to the US to record eight new songs and her first stop was in Chicago.
In addition to rehearsals and recordings at the Soundscape studio, she took part in an exclusive photo session with photographer Parrish Lewis to be used during the official fall introduction of LiLana and Dime Piece.
The performer's next recordings will take place in Atlanta in the T.I. Studio and in Miami on the invitation of Cash Money Records - the label of Lil Wayne.
LiLana's manager in the US, Jenny Jennings, the woman who built Lil Wayne's career, organized a special party in Chicago to give the singer the opportunity to meet with people working on her project such as producer and 13-times Grammy winner Donovan Knowles for his work with Destiny's Child, producer and Grammy winner Toxic, now ranking among the US TOP 10 with Keyshia Cole and Monica's song Trust.
The project includes collaboration of D.A. on The Track Man, who has worked with Keri Hilson, Jamie Fox, Will Smith and Ludacris, and of Malik Worthy, Musical Director of Estero and producer of Britney Spears' Mmm Papi song as well as J Bravo, known by his remixes for Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, So So Def.
Other celebrities attending the party included people working with Dime Piece - Ariel Rodriguez, Reggie Ruckus and rappers Crucial Conflict.
