"We talked, I tried to talk her out of it, but she has personal reasons to step down."

Who is this awful person actually? She was the key official directly involved for ten years in a horrific scheme of forced disappearance of about 50,000 roaming dogs in Sofia -- roughly 5000 per year. Moreover, about 22 million Leva public funds were just drained along with the institutionalised dog massacre. All this was regularly reported as a \"successful catch-neuter-release programme\". For example, about 6500 dogs were reported as living outside in 2013. Some 8000 dogs were reported as neutered and released in next two years. Nevertheless, just about 3500 live strays were reported late 2015. No sane person should admit that six plus eight equals three, indeed. However, this monstrous, long-standing abuse was publicly patronized by PM and former mayor Bojko Borisov and current mayor Jordanka Fandykova.

This is truly a sad act by humans who like to play God and take the life of a "Mans Best Friend".

Let us not forget what Charles Darwin has taught us to look closely at the theory of evolution which depicts human beings have a direct kinship with other animals.

Humans have lost grace toward creation.
