Kosovo is the biggest achievement of USA-Saudi alliance on the Balkans. A new Muslim state was made and an American base to guard it...this base might have some very important strategic purpose but it is very hard to guess what is it.. except may be that keeping American solders abroad is cheaper than in USA.
