Commenting article: Bulgarian Police Issue First Fine for Wearing Full-Face Veil in Public

Police in Pazardzhik has issued the first fine in Bulgaria for wearing a face-covering Islamic veil in a public place, radio broadcaster BNR reported on Monday.

A woman wearing an opaque veil that hid her entire face with the exception of the eyes was stopped in the street by police who asked her to show her identity card, BNR said.

As the woman carried no identity document, she was taken to a police station in the Roma neighbourhood of Pazardzhik to find out who she was. Police found that the woman was a resident of that neighbourhood.

This is a Constitutional outrage!

Bulgaria is quasi-stepping on Human Rights issues.

The next step to close synagogues and churches.

Si fueris Romae, Romano vivito more.

If islamism is not stopped at an early stage in christian countries then synagogues and churches will be closed next and christians and jews massacred as is happening now in other countries which were also Christian majority before they were taken by islam.

What is the difference of rape and the removal of the veil?

Justice must answer the question.

I remember the story of a Macedonian Orthodox priest wearing his collar in Turkey .
He was lynched.

The debasement of womanhood by removing the veil is an evil intent of manhood as seen by the Bulgarian justice system. It is the duty of the Imam to decide whether to remove the veil not Bulgarian justice.

The glorification of earthly love leads to maternal bliss through purity.

Purity is not in the Bulgarian vocabulary.

As a born Bulgarian I am sad to see the Bulgarian deterioration to maternal spirit.

My experience with the veil marked me with the beauty and flair of Taif, Saudi Arabia with the scent of the roses and rose oil permeating the air with the protected Taif veiled lassies of Arabia. Taif rose with its strong delicious fragrance beats the Syrian Juri rose, which is bigger and prettier, has not such a strong fragrant as the Taif rose. The honey is sweet with the fragrance of the Taif rose.

When my Arabian flower removed her veil, her long jet black hair with black piercing eyes engulfed me with passion and desire due to her rose oil smell and when my lips touched hers the taste of sweet honey exploded in my mouth.

My eyes looking into hers, I discovered the hidden dignity of her passions behind her veil.

Maybe the answer Jerry is for men to learn self control

"What is the difference of rape and the removal of the veil?" If that is a serious question, then perhaps one should ask: "What is the difference between Jerry and Mr Potato Head?"...

When one removes clothing from another with force, that is RAPE.

A Bulgarian sexist society has no respect for womanhood and feminity and its maternal beauty and concepts.

The concept of belief and faith should not be questioned but protected by the Bulgarian Constitution.

Seedy - 25 May 2016 // 22:54:38

Only in Potato Head Land is that a definition of "rape, Jerry.

If the female of Moslem decent is a virgin, her right is preservation with piety and a veil.

Fr Jack Hackett - 27 May 2016 // 10:19:44

I somehow doubt that the 70 year old women wearng veils are all virgins

Rurik - 27 May 2016 // 16:56:53

.....or a 35 year old jihadist is a harmless transvestite ;)
"her right is preservation with a veil" --- as well as the European State Bulgaria'
right is preservation with a relevant law against a veil. And as Seedy remarked earlier:
"Si fueris Romae, Romano vivito more" ("If in Rome, live in the Roman manner")
[and "if you are elsewhere, live as they do elsewhere" ;)]
