Bulgarian Order, Law and Justice (RZS) party has requested an annulment of ballots cast in Turkey for Bulgaria's May 12 early general elections over what they claimed were a number of irregularities at polling stations in Bulgaria's neighbor.
Monday RZS leader Yane Yanev stated that he has already talked to Bulgaria's caretaker PM Marin Raykov, who had promised to refer the party's request to the Constitutional Court.
In Bulgaria, the Constitutional Court is the institution that can mandate partial cancellation of election results, but it cannot be addressed by parties or citizens....
