If one looks around the Bulgarian capital Sofia searching for Dutch sites and traces of the Netherlands, they will find that are not that many of them, really. Nice article, although it would be worth to write also about the serious problems the guy has recently with the local mafia.
By the way, there is also a German bakery in Smolyan. The guy is Bulgarian but learned the profession in Germany. According to my opinion the best bread in Bulgaria.
