The Russian media is saying that UKRAINA is paying $179,- per kubic meter.

ONLY PERSONS WHO SIGNED THE CONTRACTS KNOW WHAT NEFTOGAZ IS PAYING.

In case Russia wants a NEW,MARKET PRICE ,new contracts have to be drafted or amended as

PRICE is the most important requirement for the formation of a contract.

I wonder why the Americans are worriing sooooooooooooooooo much about

OUR,European sources of energy?!

Western Europe is trying to produce energy from other soursces like SUN,WIND

and the OLD,DIRTY coals...

but fact is that some Northern European countries either have SUN,nor WIND,NOR

WATER CASCADES ...no mountains in Northern G ermany and the DIRTY COALS are

also GONE!

KOLEGIAN,
The UKRAINIANS are BROKE....they simply can not pay!

Recently they asked the World Bank for a loan in order to pay their debt to

GASPROM.

Today I talked to a person in Moskow and said the Russians have to be linient and

forbierring to Ukraina,

if they do not want NATO's missles in front of their nose.

WHAT DOES PUTIN HAVE TO DO WITH A BREACH OF CONTRACT?

PUTIN CAN TALK THE TALK...FACT IS THE CHAIRMEN OF GASPROM SIGNED THE

CONTRACTS!

All misunderstandings b/n both parties come from NOT taking in consideration

all conditions of the contracts.

THE FAULT LIES WITH THE LAWYERS,who drafted the contracts.

STANISLAV,

The chairmen of GASPROM,Alexei MILLER and Alexandr Medvedev are NOT

SOVIET minded business men!

This is a NEW generation Russian business people, some of whom studied in USA

or in Western Europe.

Your sugestion that GASPROM did not pay the royalties for transit does not make

any sense, becauseit is in Gasprom's interest to fullfil it's obligations acc.to the

contract with his clients from Western Europe.

If the case comes to the European Court of Justice, the Russians have to prove

they paid the transit costs.

In my opinion CNN,BBC and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL the Western media

are politisizing a disput, emerging out of a BAD DRAFTING OF THE CONTRACTS B/N

GASPROM and NEFTOGAS(Ukraina).

British Airways and depart to Luebock,Texas, where may be smells of manure but

people are friendly!

I meant against the VERDICT of the court in first instance.

What SNA is saying doe not make ANY SENSE!

In EVERY European country is possible to file an appeal against the court in

FIRST instance.

And I am convinced NOT the parents but the district prosecutor filed an appeal...

may be fullfiling the request of the parents.

CIVIL PERSONS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF MOTION...only STATE organs(in criminal cases).
