Hello Kurdjalli,

Plenty of the world most famous designers let their products to be manufactured in TURKEY.They JUST do not addmit it!

I bought in 1996 white blouses at J.C:PENEY little old store in Santa Monica,California.

If James have been to Los Angeles,he may saw this store from the 50thies.

These blouses have written on their labels:"Made in Turkey".

I STILL HAVE THESE BLOUSES...and the more I wash them, the more beautiful they get...100% pure cotton.which is ideal for the climate in Santa Monica.

Turkey has also very beutiful jewellery...I have plenty of it which my brother bought in Instambul and sold in Varna.

But not only the clothing industry has subcontractors in Turkey...MAN(the German heavy vehicles manufacturer from MГјnich) also produces busses in Instanbul.

I clicked as I wanted to know if the Supreme Judicial Council of the GREAT REVOLUTIONARY JIMAHIRIYA(Libiya)
decided the fate of the Bulgarian nurses.
Then i was curios to read about this case.

The law, which regulates how the Courts ought to function ,gives a right to the procecutors to decline working on a case if there are reasons for him/her to decline.

One of these reasons could be a lacking competence...
Probably the previous procecutor refused to investigate the case about the Sweedish tourists if she thought the case is much too complicated for her.
If she just came out of the aw school and never had simmilar cases, she might feel overwhelmed.

Beside this she did not choose to work on this case...certainly she was given the docket from the District Court .As I know that is the procedure in all Western countries and Bulgaria will not be an exeption.

Hello Bulerican,

listening to all your complains(and that is what I have to listen every day in my office),

I am asking you:
Why do you still live in Germany,if you do not like it?

Go back to USA or to the Death Valley or whereever you find niceiest life!
GUCCI,Pier Balmain,Versace,Oscar de la Renta,Donna Carran,Kalvin Klein a.o.
diseigners produce also in TURKEY or EVEN in CHINA!

I still have clothing by Oscar de la Renta, which I bought in Sax Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills
and on the label is written:"Made in China".

Donatella Versace is aso letting her beautiful chiffon blouses, which are fashionable in this summer to be taylored in Turkey.

There is a very famous fashion Australian designer,Colette Dunigham, who 's cloths are produced also in China.
It still cost me $180,- for a top, labeled with her name,EVEN it was made in China.

It is very expensive for designers to manufacture in USA or Europe.

A jacket made in Portugal,which I bought in Los Angeles,cost me $350,-

Even Liz Claiborne who is not a designer for the upper ten thousand, gives orders to Chinese factories.

Anyway...I do not bother where the clothing is manufactured...for me is important THE QUALITY!

It is true that most German or British apparel manufacturers have very good quality but some of their models are not up-to-date,e.g.
Pringle, which is a Scotish cashmere manufacturer.

Burberry is not doing well, especially since they hired an american designer.

I do not know from which source you got those numbers but

I live in Berlin,Germany since I should know the prices!

Yes,is is true that cigarettes here are expensive(actually you get at PLUS Discount Supermarket some for €2,49)
bu why smoking?

The Government wants HEALTHY CITIZENS and not people who are burden to the National Health Insurance(AOK).

I was in January/February in Australia;in April in Switzerland and in May in CYPRUS and I can confirm you GERMANY is the MOST cheapest country.

I can buy here a bottle of beer for 0.29 cent;a bottle of water(the cheapest which i found) for 0.19 cent.

Food isd here so cheap...even cheaper than in BULGARIA...I was in Varna in December for three weeks.

The life standard which Germans and foreigners living and working in Germany is much higher than in some other countries.

ut remember:Germans are very efficient workers...the work done by a German in one hour done by a Cypriot in 4 hours.

Themehrwertsteuer is 19% but hey..we get all clothing from Turkey or Bulgaria or other countries and is for us stll cheap.

Then your kids could study here for years whithout paying the high tuition fees which they have to pay in USA.

The money wich he stole from the Agricultural Fund is probably sitting in a Swiss Bank account!

I JUST hpope the truth will come to the surface as the EU presses recently SWITZERLAND and the Swiss Banks
to disclose all information about the so called" number" accounts of foreign nationals.
As Bulgaria belongs to the EU and if the AGRICULTURAL FUND was financed with EU money,I shall not wonder if the EU moneypinchers turn every stone in order to find out where their money is gone!

you article is completely wrong!

No lives are still lost!

THE Supreme Court of Libya did not re-confirm the death sentence as you insist

It ONLY oversees if there are IRREGULARITIES in applying the Procedural laws.

According to the GREAT GREEN CHARTER of Human Rights,pГјassed during the Jamhiradian era,the rights of the dtainees must be observed and any violation of these rights may lead to NULLIFYING the charges against them.

Beside this Libya signed UN Convention against Torure therefore any evidence that the nurses and doctor have been torured and their human rights robbed, could lead to a new trial.

Hello Mr.American man,

As you do not know the EU laws, you can not notice the amendments in the bulgarian laws.
Acrtually the Contract-,Criminal-Corporate,- Employment laws were synchronised with the EU laws already BEFORE Bulgaria joined the European Community.

Last year I had to study the Bulgarian Civil Procedure (i read everything in English on the Internet) and I found out it is eaxctly as the UK's.

Some of the terminology was taken from the US Civil Procedure laws,e.g. Writ of Execution.

Recently I had a case aboou Bulgarian Businessman, filing for a Bankruptcy and I noticed that the
Bulgarian Turgovski zakon is re-written German Handelsrecht.

I have to overturn your statement that EU is not doing anything for i know already millions of €
were pledged for road reconstruction.

IT IS A RECETION TIME...everywhere and NOT just in Bulgaria but also in Germany,USA,UK a.s.o. plenty of people have difficulties paying their motgage and living without making debts.
