Schliemann smuggled Priam's Treasure out of Anatolia probably bribing an Ottoman official. So it became a German treasure. Then, during WWII the Russians looted the German museum where it was and it became a Russian treasure. After which the Germans told the Russians to return the treasure that they first stole from todays Turkey.

So who is the rightful owner of the Priam"s treasure? Should the British, the French, the German, the Spanish and the Russian museums return everything they stole from all over the world and how it will be worked out?

The term Bulgarian Byzantine treasure makes no sense - its simply Byzantine treasure and very probably dates from the time when Bulgaria didnt exist as such and was part of the Empire. So why the greeks should return the plates made by their predecessors given that they bought them legally?

I just copied and pasted the forum signature of some anglo and discovered that I didnt fall in only 3 or 4 groups of the above listed people who will go to hell.

To say that homosexual lobbying will erode the BG social ethics is ridiculous because the BG social ethics is a very very broad notion and allows almost everything you may possibly want to do. The only things that are not okay is to hire a gypsy and to sleep more often with your own wife than with your mistress.

Hm, Ive just discovered that not only the homosexuals but virtually ALL BG people will be damned by Jesus and go to hell including the members of this parliament commission so they are basically losing their time.

Who will Jesus damn?
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

You lucky man, you have loze - in Sofia it is damn difficult to find good veggies and fruits. Anyway in your example with the tomatoes it was a monumental stupidity to try and go for the saturated, overregulated European market instead of going where our stuff would be bought without problems.

Looks like of all talents we had during the commies one of the few that flourish is to fick ourselves by blocking any reasonable idea and action and impose every unreasonable idea and action to say that we are doing something but someone in ill fate hampers the job.

Im glad today the whether is so bad, otherwise the smell of the sofia garbage would make a carnage.

Actually the commie BG had much wider export market 25 ago than the commie BG of today, including large parts of Africa, Asia, Russia, and other "brotherly countries" like Cuba. The lack of diversification in trade which is now focused mainly on the Western EU countries is obviously a strategic mistake and it will take a toll in the crisis.

Ive heard on the BG radio a BG minister went to visit Mongolia and the Mongolians said they wanted again BG tomatoes like in the good old times. Apparently the news that we dont produce anymore so much tomatoes and import actually everything still didnt reach Ulan Bator.

Another thing is that 25 years ago, some Bulgarians were somewhat more sophisticated in what they were stealing - for example I hear of folks who were able to copy an IBM chip in a matter of days using high tech means. but again nothing came out of this remarkable stealing talent, which was there when the Chinese and the South Koreans were nowhere near to what they are now.

Now we wait for some stupid Western investors to come and invest in BG but the stupid Western investors are nowhere to be found when you need them. This is of course their fault, not ours.

Weve got like 450 km of highways in total, none is finished yet from one end to the other as planned.

If Romania is even worse than us in km highways, then your guys must be stealing infrastructure funds even more than our guys, so the Romanians must be not that bad in corruption and organized crime. Maybe they are less violent and less involved in the drugs business.

I did the same like you, and still do, in a way that I believe is suitable for me.

Both the abilities and the goals change with time for most people - in the last 15 years or so I was mostly interested to do what I like abroad and that was a right decision because it was impossible to do this in BG. Now my interests shifted to other things and with the advancement of the technology it becomes the less and less important where you are physically so I believe there is no harm to try and do something in BG. Technically, Im a Belgian national living abroad but I dont feel like I want to get back to Belgium.

As for the emigration, I noticed there is a kind of "one-two" process in countries like China, south Korea or India - when the country is down many people are out and when the country starts to develop some people get back and many of those who go out in the upside period go mainly to study to get a well payd job in their country after a few years. I see step one for BG but not yet step two.
