Is Russia's President serious about building a Bulgarian offshoot of the so-called Turkish Stream pipeline? Russian President Vladimir Putin announced during his visit to Hungary Tuesday that Gazprom could build a ramification to Bulgaria of what is currently called the "Turkish Stream" pipeline.
