How do you assess Georgi Parvanov's two terms as President of Bulgaria (2002-2012)? Parvanov has been a major factor for Bulgaria’s success and stability in the first decade of the 21st century.    41 votes.   Parvanov has done little for the Bulgarian society but has been involved in murky backstage deals with the oligarchy, while also advancing Russian interests.    120 votes.   Parvanov hasn’t had that major an impact on Bulgaria – after all, the Bulgarian Presidency doesn’t matter that much.    92 votes.
