Do you think Bulgaria's newly elected President Rosen Plevneliev can be truly independent of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov? That hardly seems possible.    91 votes.   Of course, Plevneliev is strong enough to stand by himself.    29 votes.   The Buglarian Presidency hardly matters for anything.    56 votes.
