How should Bulgaria react to Turkish President Abdullah Gul's refusal to allow for interpretation in Bulgarian of the speech he held in ethnic Turkish populated Bulgarian village? This act should be seen as a provocation, and Bulgaria must demand an explanation and launch diplomatic protest.    100 votes.   The issue should be investigated but it is unlikely that Gul was aiming at staging a provocation; it was probably a matter of technical convenience.    25 votes.   Bulgaria shouldn't read too much into it - even if the act is seen as a provocation, how can really Turkey's interests benefit from it?    54 votes.
