What is the most important result of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's long-anticipated visit to Bulgaria on Nov. 13, 2010? Russia is clearly having its way as it got Bulgaria to sign up for the South Stream gas transit pipeline.    49 votes.   The Bulgarian government demonstrated integrity in its dealings with the Russians the past few months and managed to get important concessions from them on natural gas prices and the energy projects.    8 votes.   The Bulgarian-Russian relations are finally on the way to becoming "pragmatic" - in which the two parties are interested in economic and business development and not in ideology and power.    41 votes.   The animousity between the Borisov government and Putin's Russia remains in place despite all the nice talk and Borisov's puppy present to Putin.    19 votes.
