The idea of the Bulgarian Prime Minister Borisov to introduce a "luxury" tax over the financial crisis is: good because it will bring social justice in a time of crisis by taxing the rich    62 votes.   good because it will provide a way of raising more money for the state budget while keeping the flat tax rather than switching to an all-out progressive tax    93 votes.   bad because it is unfair to the wealthy people as Bulgaria officially has a 10% flat income tax rate    20 votes.   bad because it will create a lot of powerful enemies to the Borisov government at a negligible benefit for the state budget    39 votes.
