Swine Flu epidemic

Ohrid Lake Tragedy

(15 Bulgarians, mostly from the town of Pirdop, perished when an antiquated tourist boat sank in the Ohrid Lake in Ohrid, Macedonia. The casualties were mourned by both Bulgaria and Macedonia, and the Macedonian authorities have launched an investigation and a trial of the boat's captain who is suspected of having failed to obey safety regulations. The Bulgarian government and President reacted quickly with relief efforts for the families of the casualties and survivors.):
