The withdrawal of German energy giant RWE from the Bulgaria's Belene Nuclear Power Plant project is: bad because it means the project for a second nuclear power plant in Bulgaria is dead    22 votes.   good because it will lead to the end of an extremely expensive and harmful project that has not been thought all the way through    16 votes.   of no importance since the new government of the GERB party has to reconsider the pros and cons of the Belene project anyway, and potentially start it anew should it decide it is worthy    17 votes.
