Bulgaria's nomination of Foreign Minister Rumiana Jeleva to become EU Commissioner for Energy: stands fair chances of success thanks to Bulgaria's traditions in the energy sector and the EU connections of PM Borisov and the GERB party through the European People's Party.    19 votes.   could have been successful if GERB government had found a better candidate since Jeleva has no experience in the energy sphere.    11 votes.   totally hopeless as energy is a key sector, and Bulgaria will not be entrusted with it because of its connections with Russia and the mess with Kozloduy plant    68 votes.
