The reaction of Bulgaria's authorities to the Congressional Quarterly report on Boyko Borissov was: Adequate, the article did slam Bulgaria and the President was right to condemn it    29 votes.   Like most things in Bulgaria – all talk and no action    36 votes.   Laughable as they didn't even manage to reach a unified stance on the matter    14 votes.
