Bulgarian farmers will get EUR 7 B in EU direct payments by 2020, according to Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev
Speaking Friday in Parliament, Donchev made clear that the average amount of the direct payments for Bulgaria was nearly 90% of the EU average, adding that 9 countries had lower amounts of such payments, including the UK, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.
Donchev also presented a schedule for EU payments in the agriculture sector....
